This Cookies Policy explains how SaaS Global Pte Ltd (UEN 202322132C), a company incorporated in Singapore (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the DCRM website and the DCRM platform (the “Site”). DCRM is a trading brand of SaaS Global Pte Ltd.
This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, and disclose personal data in accordance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device, remember your preferences, and collect information about how you interact with the site. We also use similar technologies such as web beacons, pixels, local storage, and session identifiers. References to “cookies” in this policy include those technologies.
3. How we use cookies
We use cookies to operate the Site, authenticate platform users, maintain session security, measure performance, understand how visitors find and use the Site, and improve our services. Some cookies are set by us. Others are set by third parties whose services we use.

5. Third-party cookies
Some cookies on the Site are set by third parties acting independently or on our instructions. These third parties include analytics providers, advertising platforms, payment processors, and the underlying platform infrastructure that powers DCRM. Examples include:
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, for measuring Site usage.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel, where we run advertising campaigns.
- Stripe, for secure payment processing on subscription pages.
- The underlying CRM and automation platform that DCRM is built on, for session management within the logged-in platform area.
These third parties have their own privacy and cookies policies. We recommend that you review them. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties beyond our reasonable control.
6. Your choices
Most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies. You can usually find these controls in the browser settings menu under “Privacy” or “Security”. You may also use the cookie consent banner on the Site to accept or reject non-essential cookies, where such a banner is shown.
Please note that if you disable strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Site, including secure login to the DCRM platform, may not function correctly.

7. Do Not Track signals
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no universally accepted standard for how websites should respond to that signal. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still manage cookies through the controls described in section 6.
8. Cross-border transfers
Cookie data collected through the Site may be processed by us and by our service providers in jurisdictions outside Singapore, including Australia and the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure that it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
9. Children
The DCRM platform is intended for use by businesses and their authorised personnel. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or directly to platform account holders.
